Since childhood, I’ve always been a dreamer — driven by an innate curiosity and a desire to understand how things work and, someday, to create something extraordinary. I was always impatient to learn. While others might have been entertained by television or games, I often found myself looking for something that would challenge my mind. Science and mathematics naturally drew me in, but chemistry was where my curiosity really began to take shape.
One conversation with my uncle changed the direction of my life.
Knowing my growing interest in chemistry, he began asking me about different chemicals I knew. What started as a simple conversation soon turned into something much deeper. As a Process Engineer, he introduced me to the complexities of industrial chemical processes — how something that works in a laboratory must be transformed, optimized, and carefully controlled to work at a much larger scale.
I was fascinated by that intersection of science and real-world application.
That conversation, combined with my passion for chemistry, ultimately led me to Chemical Engineering.
Over the years, my curiosity evolved from wanting to understand how things work to wanting to solve problems that actually matter. My career has taken me into biopharmaceutical process development, where science, engineering, and manufacturing come together to turn ideas into real-world solutions. Today, my interests have expanded far beyond where they began. I’m particularly drawn to applied science and emerging technologies that have the potential to fundamentally change how we live — from personalized medicine and advanced drug delivery to artificial intelligence and solutions for some of the world's most pressing challenges.
Looking back, the path seems almost inevitable. It started with a curious child asking questions, a conversation with an uncle, and a fascination with chemistry.
